About Me

Mother of three (3), author, speaker, ordained minister and talented business entrepreneur, Tracey T. Williams (Formerly Tracey T. Stein) brings a wealth of real-world knowledge and expertise in the areas of business, financial management, as well as leadership and life management skills to any endeavor she undertakes.

This blog has been designed as a platform for Tracey to share, encourage and collaborate with other women with whom her life experiences resonate, and for those who desire to access and draw upon the wisdom gained over many years as a result.

Tracey’s entrepreneurial career began in her early 20’s with the arrival of her first-born back in 1986, with a home-based secretarial service.  Her desire was to be a stay-at-home mom and to be her own boss.  This business later developed into a business services company with multiple locations serving a nationwide clientele at major hotel business centers in the Greater Los Angeles area.  In an effort to ‘give back’, she later wrote and self-published a book designed to help others desirous of starting their own home-based businesses as well.

25 years later, Tracey’s lucrative entrepreneurial career had evolved into an eclectic list of accomplishments in various industries to include, Business Services, Healthcare, Real Estate, Capital Markets and Private Aviation.  As a result of her financial success and her personal desire to always ‘give back’, Tracey was and still remains involved in several philanthropic efforts.  In 1997 she co-founded a charity, VIPS Foundation (Victims of Injustice, Pain and Suffering), a non-profit organization for the purpose of assisting those who have suffered as a result of violent crime.  In 2000, Tracey also assisted, alongside her childhood church family in Houston, Texas, the building and subsequent financing of a group home for women and children who have suffered as a result of drug addiction, or who are attempting to rebuild their lives following varying setbacks.  In or about 2001, Tracey served on the State of California Attorney General’s Civil Rights Hate Crimes Commission while also serving a 2-year term on the board of the Archer School For Girls, Brentwood, California.  Since 2004 Tracey also sits on the Executive Board of her local church, and most recently, she is the Executive Director of Frank Wilson Ministries, a non-profit organization contracted as a sponsor with the State of California to provide meals to underprivileged children in the inner-city communities of Los Angeles, California.

With many years of much success, Tracey has also experienced great loss.  And it is from the ashes of her most debilitating losses that this blog was born.  With all of her accomplishments, Tracey is now on the journey of her life – a journey to rebuild – the ground up — a life for herself as well as her 14-year-old daughter.   It is her hope, that in the process she might also help another along the way to — smile again, live again, love again! #smileagainliveagainloveagain!
